Sony. H:  "Honestly, you ladies should take your show on the road!! By that I mean, you should seriously think about management consulting any and all companies that need a refresher about customer service!

After three years I DO know better but of course, as a customer, I sometimes leave it all to chance. Not only did I place an order on 4/10, but then I asked if there were a chance that it MIGHT arrive on 10/10 as my appointment was on 11/10. 

Quite appropriately, your response indicated that if I needed a quicker delivery date, it could be accomplished for an additional fee via FedEx; which of course, I knew and had, at times, availed myself of...but somehow blocked out of my memory when my current need for more hair superseded all logic. 

Miraculously, my order arrived on 9/10!!! Seriously, you do know the adage, "Each one teach one" You ladies NEED to teach others how to maintain this superior level of quality customer service, even when it comes to clients who absolutely know better!

I totally and completely adore Team Weavegoodhair.com! Not only is my hair totally gorgeous and the perfect length (AND I've just added ombre highlights & lowlights...I WILL send you a picture!), but my 87 year old mother approves, as well (HUGE ENDORSEMENT!)
