Terms and Conditions

Weave Good Hair provides the content, products and services available on www.weavegoodhair.com to you subject to the following terms and conditions.  By accessing and using this website, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.  Furthermore, you acknowledge that Weave Good Hair reserves the right to update or change its Terms and Conditions at any time without notification.

 

Privacy policy: 

Weave Good Hair does not share your personal information with any third parties.  The information you provide at checkout is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.  We may at times use your information when providing targeted emails and promotional offers.  You can opt out of newsletters and promotional emails at any time by changing the settings in your account or by emailing info@weavegoodhair.com with "unsubscribe" in the subject line.

Financial information:  Weave Good Hair uses Paypal to securely process all online transactions.  We do not deal with or access your financial information in any way.

 

Secure shopping: 

Our website is configured to use PayPal's Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) to process your payment.  PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).  This enctyption keeps your private and financial information secure from theft.

Our stock: 

Our entire stock is comprised of real human hair.  You understand that each packet of hair is as unique as the individual who donated it, and will behave uniquely.  We streamline our categories as far as possible, but small variations may occur from batch to batch. We cannot guarantee that hair purchased from us will look or feel 100% the same each time.  We cannot guarantee wave patterns, texture or colour as this is a natural hair product and is in no way manufactured. What we can guarantee is 100% quality, hand picked human hair each and every time!

 

E-tail of products: 

To personalize your online shopping experience we give you the option to view our prices in different currencies, however our master price list is kept in US Dollars.  Prices that are displayed in Pound Sterling or Euro are subject to change in relation to rate of exchange with the US Dollar at any given time.  By making a request for products or submitting an order form you are offering to purchase a product which we will accept to sell to you on the following Terms and Conditions.  All requests/orders are subject to availability.  We do our utmost to accurately inform you of the availability of stock before you complete your payment, but this may not always be possible.  Once your order has been accepted we will inform you by email.  When making a request to purchase you agree to provide information that is true and accurate.  You undertake that you are an authorised user of the debit or credit card used to make the order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.  It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your purchase related details as soon as possible.

We kindly ask you to review the details of your order carefully before checking out.  You can contact us at info@weavegoodhair.com if you have any product queries.  Weave Good Hair cannot be held responsible for mistakes or errors in your submitted order.

Returns:

Due to the nature of our product and in the interest of hygiene, all sales are final. Every piece of hair ordered goes through a thorough quality check before being wrapped and sent. Only in exceptional circumstances where there is clear defect will a return be accepted. We must be notified of the intended return within 2 days of receipt at info@weavegoodhair.com with full details concerning the reason for return.  If we accept the return request, the item must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Hair that has been untied or worn is not eligible for return. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.  The original cost of shipping, from company to customer, will be deducted from any refund that is issued.                                       

 

Shipping:

We ship our authentic Indian hair from our Hong Kong storage facility.  We may also choose to ship from the United Kindom to fulfill orders made within the Eurozone quicker.  As of 1st November 2010 shipping to USA and Europe is included in the cost of goods.  Shipping to all other countries will be quoted at the time of purchase.  

FedEx Special delivery can be organised for individuals upon request.  The cost to ship by FedEx may not remain constant, and will be quoted at the time of ordering. 

Weave Good Hair makes every effort to ensure your goods arrive with you in good time, however we do not have any control over customs delays or charges that may be imposed subject to your country's customs laws.

Weave Good Hair ships your package DDU, *duties and taxes unpaid* and does not collect VAT, duties/and or taxes.  If you do incur additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.  Please contact your local customs office for further clarification.

Shipping address:  When placing your order, please make sure to provide your full shipping address, including the zip code or post code.  Any order received with an incomplete ship to address will be delayed.  If you do not have a zip code/post code please state this clearly in the comments section at the checkout.

 

Your account: 

Anyone over the age of thirteen may register an account with us.  Should you register an online account with us you will be responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and your information complete, up to date and accurate.  You agree to accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if these Terms and Conditions are violated or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in Weave Good Hair's best interest to do so.

 

Submissions: 

All information and materials submitted by you to Weave Good Hair will be treated as non-proprietary and non-confidential.  We reserve the right to use, edit, copy, publish, sell and distribute (for any purpose) any such information or material and any ideas contained in such information or material.  You acknowledge that your submission may be used without payment of money or any other form of consideration for any purpose including, without limitation, developing, manufacturing, distributing and marketing products.

If you make a submission, you represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control the rights to your submission.  You may not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead us as to the origin of any submission.  You agree to indemnify us for all claims arising from or in connection with any claims to any rights in any submission or any damages  arising from any submission.

Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership, or other form of joint enterprise between us. Our failure to require your performance of any provision hereof shall not affect our full right to require such performance at any time thereafter, nor shall our waiver of a breach of any provision hereof be taken or held to be a waiver of the provision itself. In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law or be so held by any applicable arbitral award or court decision, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms and Conditions unenforceable or invalid as a whole but these Terms and Conditions shall be modified, to the extent possible, by the adjudicating entity to most fully reflect the original intent of the parties as reflected in the original provision.
