Shipping


All of our authentic Indian hair is shipped worldwide from our Hong Kong storage facility.  At times we may also ship hair via London as this may speed up delivery times.  We endeavour to ship all "In stock" orders within 24 hours. "Pre-order" items will be shipped as soon as available, and you should expect to receive your order within 7-10 working days.

Weave Good Hair ships your package DDU, *duties and taxes unpaid* and does not collect VAT, duties/and or taxes.  If you do incur additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.  Please contact your local customs office for further clarification.

 

Standard delivery:

We use the Speedpost delivery service to ship orders worldwide, or the Royal Mail delivery service if shipping via London.  If you have purchased "in stock" items, Speedpost will take 4-6 working days to deliver to any location (pending customs inspection).  We use electronic proof of delivery to ensure that every order can be tracked through to the final destination.  Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.  Please note that all packages have to be signed for.

Standard delivery - costs:

As of 1st November 2010 shipping to USA and Europe is included in the cost of goods.

 

Express delivery:

We can offer an express delivery service for in-stock orders via FedEx. These orders usually arrive the next day.  Our ability to provide you with this service will depend on the availability of stock at that time.  To organise an express order you can call us on +44 (0) 2032 879 691, or if ordering through the website, select "Flat Rate shipping".

 

Shipping address:

When placing your order, please make sure to provide your full shipping address, including the zip code or post code.  Any order received with an incomplete address will be delayed.  If you do not have a zip code/post code please state this clearly in the comments section at the checkout.
